Overview
Responsibility
As a Product Designer, my responsibilities included designing new features for the existing product to meet business and user needs. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, provided development support, and maintained design systems.
About Product
Digiphy is All-in-one QR Marketing Platform. This platform combines no-code page building with QR codes, third-party marketing, traceability, and data integrations to create a new contextual marketing channel for brands to connect with consumers directly.
In this case study, I’ll describe my process and results for the core parts of the product—the QR code Creation Tool and the Page Builder experience. The following use cases were designed in 2023.
Lean Canvas Frameworks Example
Page examples created with a Digiphy platform ✨ User can build them by using predefined modules, that allows to create landing page.
Part 1
Page Builder: Crop Image Tool Redesign
🎯 Problem
Most users were struggling to fit their images into the pre-made modules. The goal was to redesign the Crop Image Tool within the Page Builder. Given that pages are built with fixed image areas in pre-made modules, the challenge was reimagining the cropping process to allow users to fit images of any ratio and size.

Designs that required changes
🎯 Discovery and Development
It was difficult to reuse images from the brand’s Instagram content because they were cropped in the module.
This was the primary issue users were facing and sharing. Based on this, common use cases for uploading larger images into modules were defined, and various size options were explored. By exploring different concepts and collaborating with the development team, we brainstormed ideas that both solved the problem and were feasible to implement.
Customer Journey Map Example
Result
Tool that gives users the ability to save images with various proportions while automatically adjusting modules to fit their size.
This feature allows users to effortlessly upload vertical images or position them freely within the module.
Part 2
QR Code Design Tool
🎯 Problem
Users were limited by the functionality of the existing QR design tool. The goal was to enhance the  creation process by introducing more design options.

While the app already offered basic color selection – the challenge was in identifying new design variations for QR codes that would expand creative possibilities while ensuring compatibility with the editor.
Designs that required changes
🎯 Discovery and Development
By collaborating with the team, we defined a concept for potential settings and patterns. Accounted technical capabilities that could influence this feature. By analyzing similar tools, we identified unique options that can be interesting to our users. Once these ideas were systematized, we moved into the design and implementation phase.
Result
QR Code tool where the user has much more creativity and freedom in designs.
📈 Impact
+ Free QR Code Generator to boost activation
Additionally, we created a tool on the marketing webpage to allow users to try the limited tool options, that aimed to activate more new users.
💡 My Learnings and Insights
Collaboration is a key! Close collaboration with developers is essential to understand the technical capabilities of the editor and ensure that the proposed features are both user-friendly and feasible. In a fast-paced environment, it allows to build and helps the product grow faster.
